Miscellaneous Information
Keys
Keys are the responsibility of the residents and should not be transferred to other persons. Oak Investments will charge a service fee of $50.00 per trip to open locked doors. The charge for the replacement of any key is $15.00.
Renters Insurance
Landlord is not an Insurer of Tenants person or possessions. All Tenants are required to have renters insurance. When you come to move-in you will need to provide us with a copy of the declaration page of your insurance policy.
Pets
No pets allowed, except where pre-approved. If approved, a double deposit is required and additional $20/mo in rent. Assistance animals categorized as either service animals or companion animals are not considered pets under the Fair Housing Act and will not be subjected to pet fees or deposits. Pet-sitting is prohibited.
Parking
All cars in lots must be licensed and operable. Any car not, will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Washing and repair of motor vehicles anywhere on the premises is not allowed. Under no circumstances is a car or truck to be driven on the lawns. Boats, campers, trailers, or vehicles not used for daily transportation shall not be parked or stored on the premises without written permission of the management. Violators will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
